How St George's Anglican Church, White River handles personal information collected through this website.
What we collect. Our booking enquiry form (on the Bookings page) doesn't send anything to us directly — submitting it simply opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to the parish office. Nothing is stored on this website until you choose to send that email yourself.
How we use it. We use the information above only to respond to booking or giving enquiries. We don't use it for marketing, and this site carries no analytics or advertising trackers.
Sharing. We don't sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party. It's used only by St George's Anglican Church, White River and its parish office.
Retention. This website stores no personal information. Enquiries you send arrive at the parish office as ordinary email, and are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and for our parish records.
Your rights. Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Contact the parish office using the details below and we'll assist you.
